March 18, 2025 – Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip have killed at least 326 people, according to Palestinian health officials, marking one of the deadliest escalations since the war began. The strikes came hours after negotiations between Israel and Hamas over an extended ceasefire collapsed.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the airstrikes, stating they targeted Hamas positions in response to what they called "violations of the ceasefire agreement." However, Gaza authorities claim the attacks hit civilian areas, including residential buildings and refugee camps.
